The 28-year-old has spent the season with Dean Keates’ side, scoring five goals in 18 appearances.

But the Welsh outfit say they have “reluctantly agreed” to terminate his loan to free him up for a permanent move elsewhere which will provide more stability for Yussuf and his young family.

"We're disappointed to see Adi leave but we felt we were unable to stand in the way of this opportunity,” Wrexham boss Keates said.

"He came in, scored some goals for us and we wish him the very best with the next chapter in his career.

"We've managed to bring in two high-quality players on deadline day and I'm pleased with the business we've conducted so far."

The striker, who joined Blackpool on a free transfer from Solihull Moors in 2019, hasn’t featured in a competitive outing for the Seasiders.
