During that period, Clark has been in a director of football role with ambitious non-league side Newcastle Blue Star.
Starting out at Huddersfield Town in 2008 – where his 43 league games unbeaten remains an EFL record, Clark has also managed at Birmingham City, Kilmarnock and Bury.
