Fleetwood's Burnley loanee O'Neill is on a learning curve
Dyche has trusted his Town counterpart, Uwe Rosler, with nurturing the 19-year-old as he bids to continue his progression with football at League One level.
It is a move that suits O’Neill who says he is lucky to be at the club on a season-long loan.

“I’m lucky to come to such a great team like Fleetwood, who did very well last season and come and ply my trade here.”
O’Neill is still waiting for his first league start for Town but did his chances of a full debut on Saturday agaisnt AFC Wimbledon no harm with an assist in Town’s 1-0 win over Northampton Town last Saturday.
O’Neill came on for George Glendon at half-time and won the ball back before teeing up Devante Cole to score the 75th minute winner.
And he is hopeful he has done enough to get the nod.

“I’ve only been here a couple of weeks but already it’s two wins in two so we’re hoping to make it three in three tomorrow.
“We’ve watched a few videos of them and it looks like they are trying to play a bit but we will wait and see how they play.”
Town’s win at Northampton owed a lot to keeper Alex Cairns.
His triple save just before half-time kept Town on level terms and won praise from people including Manchester United keeper David de Gea after the club’s video clip racked up more than 10 million views worldwide.

Hide AdO’Neill said: “We started really strong in the first 15 minutes at Northampton, then we just dropped off a little bit and our keeper has made an absolute worldie.
“I haven’t seen anything like that before and we haven’t heard the end of it from him either!
“It was unbelievable, it was a tremendous save.
“The first save was good enough, the second and third were great and kept us in the game for the second half where we stuck it out and got the goal and the three points.
“When you have got a keeper like that in such great form it is very good for the team knowing that sometimes he is going to save the unstoppable – so a good keeper.”
