Featuring their full on-stage band amidst a new elaborate stage production proved to be a winning formula. Midnight Hour, Sweet Soul Music and Higher and Higher were all in there along with 40 or so hits in this classy musical mash-up.

Nothing pretentious, just honest entertainment in an all-singing, all-action feast for the senses. Audience participation a-plenty.

Particularly entertaining was their send up of Minnie The Moocher with vision-in-white “Fab” Calloway.

The humour and interaction was delightful and the two girl backing singers deservedly had their moments in the spotlight.
