Hacienda Classical is heading to Blackpool for a summer date of club classics - find out how to get tickets
Blackpool clubbers will get the chance to relive those halcyon days of raving when Hacienda Classical returns to the Fylde coast this summer.
The acclaimed orchestral clubbing series with DJ Graeme Park, Manchester Camerata and special guests will perform this year’s new soundtrack at an outdoor event at Blackpool Cricket
Club on Sunday, August 29.
Tickets will go on sale tomorrow and the full line up is set to be announced soon.
The collaboration between The Hacienda, Manchester Camerata, DJ Graeme Park and musical director, Tim Crooks, has proved remarkably enduring, and it’s set to be a much-anticipated
return after Hacienda Classical headlined a sold out show at Lytham Festival in 2017.
“I’ve never been more ready to return to the stage with the whole crew to share the joy with some big new songs as well as some massive favourites too.
“I’m pretty sure the country is ready to share the love too.”
Now entering its sixth year, Hacienda Classical features orchestral renditions of much loved classic club records from The Hacienda’s heritage.
Tim Crooks added: “I’ve spent the past year thinking how incredible the post-lockdown gigs will feel, and the long wait is finally over.
“I can’t wait to feel the noise and see that pent-up energy explode. It’s going to be something very, very special.”
Tickets for Hacienda Classical at Blackpool Cricket Club go on general sale tomorrow from 10am but a pre-sale is open for registration at www.fac51-thehacienda.comat www.fac51-
